At Miss Angel Couture, we take great pride in crafting beautiful, bespoke dresses to help you celebrate your special moments. We value your trust and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring you know exactly what to expect.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Only stock (ready-made, non-customized) dresses are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for dresses that have been altered, used, or damaged by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bespoke (custom-made/personalized) dresses: As these are made to your specifications, returns and cancellations are not permitted except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.
  • Gift cards: Not returnable or redeemable for cash.
  • Final sale/clearance items: These are not returnable unless defective.
3. Return Time Frame
  • For eligible items, returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of order delivery.
  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
4. Return Process

To return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. The shipping cost for standard (non-defective) returns is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Approved returns for stock items will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding original delivery costs, once items have been inspected and confirmed as saleable.
  • You may also request a store credit or exchange for a different size/color (subject to availability).
  • For custom-made dresses, refunds or remakes are provided only if the item is defective or not as ordered.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement/remake as appropriate.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, care, or alterations by the customer is not eligible for a refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
  • For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • For defective/damaged items or fulfillment errors, Miss Angel Couture will reimburse return shipping costs.
8. Order Cancellations
  • Orders for bespoke/custom dresses can be canceled only before processing begins. Once work on your custom dress has started, cancellations are not possible.
  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel, as processing may begin soon after your order is placed.
9. Processing Time for Refunds
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers pay for return shipping on standard returns. If the reason is a fault or error on our part, we pay the cost.
