Step 1 :
Select your appointment slot

In this first stage, we invite you to review our availability. As certain dates are often reserved well in advance, we recommend securing your preferred time early to avoid disappointment. You may book up to 24 months ahead, ensuring ample time to plan. Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your secured time slot. The Atelier SM team will then reach out one month prior to initiate the creation of your bespoke masterpiece.

Kindly note that an express service is also available. We encourage you to check the calendar for current availability.

Step 2 :
You provide the design and the measurements

Up to one month prior to your appointment, the Atelier SM team will provide you with a measurement form and a link to upload your design preferences. We kindly ask that you complete the form with as much detail as possible. Following your submission, we will contact you via email to verify the details of your request, confirm the budget, and establish the delivery timeline for your bespoke creation.

Step 3 :
Your vision brought to life

At this stage, we will provide you with a bespoke sketch meticulously crafted by our experienced designers to reflect your budget and style preferences. You have the opportunity to refine this design by suggesting any modifications or additional elements to perfect the final look.

Once you approve the sketch to your satisfaction, we will prepare an invoice requiring a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of the costume. Before shipment, we will provide you with photos of the finished piece.
